Individual Therapy:

My approach is individualized, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where you should feel empowered to find and create meaning in your every day. I want to understand your unique experiences, values, and perspective so that we can work together to identify what is at the root of your struggles, build on your strengths and find solutions to your most pressing concerns. Many factors influence the duration, focus, and approach to treatment, including personality and coping style, cultural and religious beliefs, individual barriers, and the stage of your journey at the time you enter into therapy. I take an integrative approach to therapy and think it is important to pull from a range of evidence based, therapeutic modalities based on the individual needs of the client.

Commonly utilized approaches are rooted in:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy

  • Narrative Therapy

Couples Therapy:

Whether you are looking to improve your communication with one another, work through a major decision or challenge, or are just generally feeling disconnected, seeking additional support is a sign of strength. All couples, whether dating, newly married, or who have been together for decades experience challenges and I offer space for you to process your concerns and build the skills you need to best move towards your goals.

Family Therapy:

When issues arise within the family system, it can affect all areas of one's life. Whether these conflicts or struggles stem from grief, anger, or frustration, they can sometimes feel too big to handle. By involving therapeutic support, family members can learn new skills to get through difficult situations in healthier ways.
