Individual Therapy:

 

My approach is warm, individualized, and empathetic. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one where you feel empowered to explore your story, connect with your values, and create meaning in your everyday life.

I take the time to understand your unique experiences, beliefs, and perspective so we can work together to uncover what’s at the root of your struggles. From there, we’ll build on your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and address the concerns that matter most to you.

Our work may include increasing self-awareness and self-compassion, identifying and challenging unhelpful patterns of thinking or behavior, and building emotional regulation skills. My goal is to help you move toward a more intentional, grounded life—one that aligns with who you are and what you value most.

 

Every person’s journey is different. Many factors shape the course of therapy, including your personality, cultural or spiritual beliefs, coping style, and the stage of life you're in when you seek support. I take an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet your individual needs with care and flexibility.

We'll explore the concerns that brought you here, strengthen your ability to communicate effectively, and develop tools to help you move forward with greater clarity, connection, and shared purpose.
